Founding Partner

Kelly Bayer Rosmarin

Kelly has over 20 years’ leadership experience in technology and financial services. She previously served as CEO of Optus and Group Executive of Institutional Banking and Markets at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Renowned for driving large-scale innovation and transformation, she has a strong track record of fostering customer-centric cultures across diverse industries. Her experience also includes roles at Boston Consulting Group and working in Silicon Valley in tech startups and enterprise software companies.

Katia Khvatova

Katia is a management and technology consulting expert with over 18 years experience. She is a former partner and leader of McKinsey’s ANZ Telco, Media, and Tech (TMT) practice and was the founder and head of McKinsey’s technology practice in ANZ. Katia has advised numerous fast-growing tech companies on strategy, growth, M&A, transformation, market entry, and transactions. She also has extensive experience partnering with large corporations on technology-driven transformations.
